Terms and Conditions for Orders

§1. Scope

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the ordering, production, and delivery of tables offered on the Linea Mollis website.
1.2. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

§2. Production of Goods

2.1. All tables are manufactured exclusively upon individual order.
2.2. The Customer independently selects the combination of tabletop and leg color.
2.3. Each product is considered unique and personalized within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

§3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1. Pursuant to Article 57, item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the Customer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract once the order has been confirmed, as the goods are produced to the Customer’s individual specifications.

§4. Returns and Replacements

4.1. Returns or replacements of goods are not accepted, except in the following cases:

• a proven manufacturing defect;

• transport damage, duly established upon receipt of the goods.
  4.2. Claims under this section must be submitted immediately upon delivery and supported with appropriate evidence.

§5. Acknowledgement

5.1. By submitting an order, the Customer expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. These Terms and Conditions shall apply in full compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
